Floor Plan Focus
Today we focus on floor plans, specifically the 2539. This floor plan is available in Aledo Estates, Morgan Manor and Deer Ridge Estates.
This floor plan is great for a family with small children. The bedroom are all located on one side of the house so when the little ones go to sleep the parents and older children can escape to the gameroom and watch tv or a movie and not distrub the little one sleeping. The game room is also a great place to keep younger ones entertained during the day. It features a half bath attached so you don't have to run across the house for a bathroom.
With this plan you have the option of a 4th bedroom or study. It has 2.5 baths and a 3 car garage. Large closets for all those toys and clothes. The kitchen features a beautiful island, cook top, and huge walk in pantry. The outdoor patio is big enough for a nice seating area and a place for the grill. There is even an option for an outdoor fireplace which would be lovely in the fall and winter.
