This weeks floor plan is the 2188. It is part of the Crown Valley product line.
The elevation of this one features a ton of stone and brick detail. I am loving the three small windows to accent the larger one in the front room. The curved roof line adds a nice touch along with the archs on the entry way.
Inside this home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a large open kitchen living area, a flex room and a 3 car garage. One feature that make this house great is that the master closet is connected the the utility room which leads to the hall with the other 2 bedrooms. Makes putting away laundry much easier. The entrance off the garage has a nice space for some custom benches, cubbies and hooks for jackets, shoes and bags to be stored. The flex room has many options for it. Make it into a gameroom, study or media room. The large back porch is perfect for a nice seating or dining area and you get to enjoy a beautiful woodburning fireplace.
