Favorite House Friday
Today's house is a beautiful one out in Parker County. While I have always loved neighborhoods were waking to your neighbors house was just a few steps these 3/4 acre and acre lots out in Parker County are really making me love the open spaces they bring.
This home has a beautiful stone and brick detail elevation. I love the window awnings. These are a new feature you will see on more of our homes.
The hardwood handscraped floors are a great way to make an entrance with this house.
They flow perfectly into the formal dining room. This room could be converted into a study as well.
Talk about open concept. A huge living room is open to the kitchen, formal and informal dining room.
This huge island features an eat up bar and lower cabinets on both sides.
I love the detailed tile work on the backsplash. It's a great focal point for this great kitchen.
A double bowl silgranite sink in black is a nice contract to the beautiful granite. This granite is actually a standard granite in our design center.
A full wall stone and brick fireplace complete this large living room.
The master bath features his and hers vanities with her vanity having a place to sit and fix your hair and makeup.
A Jack and Jill bath is shared by the remaining 3 bedrooms.
